River Rock Yoga Classes

Yoga and rock climbing go hand-in-hand.  Yoga increases total body strength, while increasing flexibility and mental clarity and concentration.  All things that make for stronger more focused climbers.

FREE for River Rock Members.

Non-members pay $12 per drop-in class.

These classes are led by Uttara Yoga Studio instructors, and are suitable for all levels of yoga experience. 


River Rock Pilates Classes – Tuesday classes have been cancelled until further notice

Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles while increasing flexibility.  If you spend anytime on one of our walls, you’ll quickly realize that core strength is the most important element in being a strong and balanced climber.
