River Rock Yoga Classes

Yoga and rock climbing go hand-in-hand.  Yoga increases total body strength, while increasing flexibility and mental clarity and concentration.  All things that make for stronger more focused climbers. 

Schedule: 

Monday

6:30pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday

6:30pm – 7:30pm

FREE for River Rock Members.

Non-members pay $12 per drop-in class.

These classes are led by Uttara Yoga Studio instructors, and are suitable for all levels of yoga experience. 


NEW: Climber Core Class

This is a mat based class (utilizing yoga style floor mats) designed to develop functional core strength, promote correct alignment, and focusing on breath and balance. Each class will end with stretching.
The exercises will be similar to a Pilates based program, but will focus on a climber’s core strength and movement. Not only will it improve athletic performance, it help foster valuable insights about your body and your limits.
